Job Description
Job Summary:
The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, resource planning, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The role involves working closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide detailed planning, progress reporting, and analytical support.
Requirements
Should have bachelor's degree in civil engineering
10-14 years of experience in building construction projects
Villa experience preferred
Advanced knowledge & experience in Primavera P6 and MS Excel
Experience in preparation of Resource Loaded Baseline Programs
Experience in Preparation of Progress Reports
Experience in EOT claims
Knowledge in FIDIC contracts

Prepare Baseline Programs
Prepare Progress S-Curve & Manpower Histogram
Prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports
Prepare Revised Programs / Recovery Programs whenever necessary
Provide Targets to Site Team and Subcontractors
Monitor Site Progress & Performance of Subcontractors
Attend the progress meetings
Prepare EOT claim documentation in coordination with the Planning Manager.
Any other planning related jobs assigned by the Project Director and Planning Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
