Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Planning Engineer

with proven experience in facade, aluminum, and steel structural projects within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and implementing recovery strategies to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Prepare baseline programs, progress reports, and recovery plans in accordance with project requirements. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and recommend mitigation measures. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to optimize resources, manpower, and material planning. Assist in delay analysis, extension-of-time (EOT) claims, and project reporting. Ensure compliance with client specifications, contractual obligations, and company standards. Participate in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings for progress review and coordination.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 3-8 years of UAE experience in planning facade, aluminum, and/or steel structural projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Strong knowledge of project planning principles, resource management, and delay analysis. Familiarity with facade, aluminum, and steel structure installation methodologies. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
