Sr. Planning Engineer

Job Description
-Develops the detailed baseline of work as per the contract documents and schedule management plan -Manages resource leveling - Prepares the recovery program and mitigation plan according to the actual progress rates low and updating the project progress, and monitoring outputs \xc2\xa7 Prepares the recovery program and mitigation plan according to the actual progress rates - Assists the Project Manager in identifying schedule objectives, deliverables, critical activities, delays, etc. - Identifies the risks and develops risk management plan with mitigation issues - Supports the Commercial Team with procurement/finance forecasting plans vs. incoming payment - Manages claims (VOs, EOTs, late payment claims) through FIDIC - Guides and monitors Planning Engineers under supervision QUALIFICATIONS - At least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering - At least 10 years of relevant experience (utilities and substations). - Preferably candidate who work with ADAC Projects. - Proficient in MS Office & Primavera - Strong analytical and logical skills - Good project management skills - Proven leadership skills Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
