The Partner Marketing team within Amazon's Corp. Our partners leverage Amazon's services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers across the globe. We need experienced marketing leaders to help us drive great results. The team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing innovator to help drive our efforts in Japan and to help drive successful partner launches and strong customer adoption, engagement and retention. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability build successful launch and sustaining campaigns by diving deep into the creative vision for a project and combining this with insights around customer data including content and usage trends. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners. The focus will be on building, measuring and optimizing successful, results-oriented marketing programs in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines. This person must also have experience in creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale, both directly and by others. Above all, this person must have a passion for understanding what drives a great consumer experience (CX) and partner behavior and the experience to combine a great CX with integrated launch and sustaining campaigns that deliver great experiences and great results. This position is based in Dubai and will report to the head of EMEA Field Marketing. The role will be held accountable to deliver on team and partner goals around partnerships that specifically drive new customers and sustained engagement.
As a Senior Partner Marketing manager on the Field Marketing team, your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating internally and leading cross-functional teams to deliver best in class campaign opportunities and assets for our partners across Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music and more
Working closely with partners in Middle East and Africa to understand their customers, their goals and their approach to marketing and content, and owning the end to end delivery of all partner launches
Diving deep on the customer journey to deliver a great experience and great results
Leading, influencing, and executing integrated go to market plans with multiple partners and across relevant internal teams
Creating ongoing propositions for key partners to market our services, and drive customer engagement and retention
Building ongoing communication channels with and through partners
Partnering with Business Development leads on the sell-in of new partnerships with pitches, proposals, and B2B communications that bring Amazon's services and content to life
Experimenting with new ways to drive partnership success
Continually optimizing partnerships from launch through to ongoing sustain efforts to maximize performance
Functioning at a global level, sharing best practices, and scaling programs or campaigns that resonate globally
MBA preferred
Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment and sponsorships
Experience in global and/or centralized marketing leadership experience
A passion for content (films, series, gaming, music) a plus
Demonstrated ability to create innovative new programs around entertainment content that generate results
Experience working in Japan and other countries in the region
