The role of the Credit Team is to analyze customer financials, monitor covenants, and assist in effective and efficient account/portfolio management. The officer will also participate in development programs aimed at building their capabilities for career growth within the Bank. Key Accountabilities Proactively develop technical and behavioral competencies Build knowledge of the Bank Provide Retail Credit support to various stakeholders Update the TML with new or deleted companies Assist in preparing and conducting Credit Clinic courses Support Central Bank reporting Maintain Dashboard for Retail Credit Assist in Retail Credit Collection Manage RCAP / RMS Update TML and Portfolio Management Other Accountabilities Job Context Our unit manages centralized credit for all retail products, underwriting, and collections. We review loan quality, portfolio behavior, and serve as guides to stakeholders.
