Title: Sr. Network Support Engineer Location: Qatar, Virtual

Key Areas of Responsibility: Support Engineer will be responsible for after sales support for our customer base in Qatar Implementation project lead, responsible for designing, implementation, documentation and managing the team Design, installation and configuration of Unified communication products; Post implementation support and coordination; Resolve technical issues as per SLA Follow recommendations for enhancements on networks, servers and security appliances Performing disaster recovery measures, documentation, customer training.

Desired Education & Qualifications: Degree / Computers Good Knowledge of Microsoft Products CCIE Data Center/Collaboration/Security
