. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising MEP works, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards, and delivering high-quality mechanical solutions for
residential and commercial F&B projects

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong knowledge of
HVAC and plumbing systems
for villas, restaurants, kitchens, and other F&B-related facilities.
Perform
heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection
using industry-standard tools and software.
Coordinate with
architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
to ensure seamless MEP integration.
Prepare and review
shop drawings, schematic diagrams, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals
.
Conduct
site inspections
and monitor execution to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
Provide technical support during
construction, testing, commissioning, and handover
phases.
Collaborate with
F&B consultants
to ensure HVAC and plumbing systems meet operational efficiency and hygiene requirements.
Resolve technical issues and provide effective
on-site engineering solutions
.
Assist in
project planning, estimation, and budgeting
activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
3-6 years
of experience in HVAC and plumbing design and execution.
Proven experience in
villa projects and F&B facilities
(restaurants, commercial kitchens, food courts, etc.).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, HAP
, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of
MEP codes and standards
(ASHRAE, IPC, UPC, NFPA, etc.).
Hands-on experience in
site execution and full project lifecycle
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and teamwork
skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate Mechanical Engineer.
Experience working in the
UAE
is an added advantage.
