Key Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle execution of mechanical works for projects (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, ). Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and manpower allocation. Supervise site teams, engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals and technical clarifications. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure installation and commissioning activities comply with project specifications and standards. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and identify risk factors or delays. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual obligations. Manage procurement, material delivery schedules, and subcontractor performance. Support testing & commissioning activities until project handover.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8-10 years of experience in Mechanical/MEP project management (UAE experience preferred). Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Proven experience in managing mid to large-scale construction/MEP projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, and contract management. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations. PMP certification is a plus. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
