To lead the HVAC and Plumbing jobs with government and private contracts.
Independently handle the project from Estimation, Engineering and Execution. Should be familiar with project documentations and engineering submissions. Excellent communication skills required to co-ordinate with client and suppliers.
Attend meetings with clients and suppliers.
Should be able to lead multiple teams, monitor progress and present the status weekly.
Knowledge of MS office is essential ( Power point, Excel) as well as good writing skills
