1. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in Construction Work
2. Proficient in AutoCAD
3. Strong knowledge in Building Mechanical Services (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting)
4. Must have a valid UAE Driving License
5. Excellent communication skills in English
