Role Summary
The Sr. Manager Security Architecture governs security architecture standards, patterns, and design assurance across the group. The role provides architectural leadership across cloud, applications, and emerging technologies, ensuring secure-by-design delivery across major programs and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the enterprise security architecture capability including standards, principles, reference architectures, and design governance
• Define and maintain security architecture standards, reusable patterns, and blueprints covering cloud landing zones, identity, logging, encryption, and secure integrations
• Own and approve security architecture and design for major platforms, programs, and transformation initiatives
• Lead end-to-end application security architecture engagement across the delivery lifecycle from concept to production and ongoing change
• Operate a risk-based, iterative security architecture review model integrated into agile and product delivery practices
• Provide architectural leadership for cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including secure landing zones and shared responsibility models
• Assess emerging technologies and evolving threat landscapes, translating insights into actionable architecture guidance
• Define, track, and report architecture KPIs including review cycle time, exception trends, repeat findings, and pattern adoption

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology discipline
• Minimum 12 years of experience in information security with significant exposure to security architecture roles
• Experience working in regulated or high-risk environments such as financial services, large-scale retail, or critical infrastructure
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CREST Registered Technical Security Architect
• Cloud security certifications across AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
