We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead a global program that supports third-party merchants throughout their seller journey to grow and scale their business on Amazon in the MENATR region and beyond. This role blends product strategy, operational leadership, and program management to deliver scalable solutions that improve seller experience and business performance across international marketplaces.
You will work across multiple teams - product, sales, operations, business intelligence, and tech - to shape strategy, unblock execution, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, a natural collaborator, and someone who thrives navigating ambiguity while guiding diverse teams toward measurable outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams (program, product, partners, and sales / ops) to design and scale solutions that support sellers across their entire lifecycle.
Define program strategy, vision, and success metrics while aligning with broader business goals and influencing global product and tech roadmaps.
Identify experience gaps and growth opportunities across seller segments, translating insights into new services, tools, or process improvements.
Oversee core operational workflows that underpin the seller journey, driving seamless execution across operations, product, sales, and technical teams.
Conduct deep dives to diagnose root causes, distinguish isolated issues from systemic gaps, and deliver scalable solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of large cross-functional initiatives--from scoping and planning through launch, adoption, and optimization.
Provide clear data, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to guide decision-making and communicate progress, risks, and business impact to senior leaders.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through experimentation, mechanism building, and structured learning cycles.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of program or project management experience
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
Strong analytical skills with experience diving deep into data and operational metrics.
