Specialist Solution Sales (SSS) team is a part of Global customer success group belonging to sales function. The SSS team members have a Goal to achieve Order booking & Revenue Targets for Security portfolio of TATA Communications. This role of security SSS reports into the Head of Security solutions who is part of the India sales function. This function is responsible to drive security business across the MENA region customer segments.
Purpose - Broad objective of the role
Tata Communications is looking for professionals with 12-18 years experience in Security solution sales and business development who can rapidly grow the Managed Security business and portfolio in Dubai. This role will be based in Dubai
Going beyond \'Security technology\' to \'Security execution\' - this role will focus on building longer term relationships with end-customers.
You Will
Generate pipeline & achieve the Security Annual targets for Order Booking and Revenue
Lead Large Customer Engagement with CISO level conversation
Support Sales Account Management (AM\'s) as Security Sales Specialist in all opportunities of security services.
Understand the regulatory framework and conversant with compliance perspective across industry segments.
Be a multi-faceted professional, a brilliant communicator and organiser, a proven leader and cultivator of engaged and high-performing teams,
Be Proactive and hands-on, with strong business acumen and drive and determination to succeed.
You are
Seasoned Professional: 12- 18 Years of experience managing sales of Security services business across OEM / Service Provider organisations in roles spanning Sales/ Specialist Sales function
Entrepreneurial: You spot opportunities to drive growth for our Security portfolio revenue and brand recognition by customers. Able to think and lay down the business plan and actions for the given customer segment and execute the action in collaboration with cross functional team members.
Outcome-oriented: You focus on the Goals & drive business growh in agile manner to accelerate customer acquisitions.
Proactive and open: Reachout to internal and external stakeholders proactively to respond to the need and requirement.
Self-sufficient: Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. Being a problem solver with technical aptitude.
Minimum qualification & experience
Demonstrated ability and successful track record in selling specific offerings in Information Security, MSS and Cyber security
Strong understanding of the entire Information Security domain and environment of our enterprise -
Having worked in a Security Sales role in the Dubai
Existing relationships with CISO/Security decision makers
Existing relationships with key Security OEM\'s
Techno-Commercial understanding of the Security domain
Seed MSS opportunities and sustain the pipeline - to identify opportunities, develop the solution and close deals
