Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Facility Management company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HSE Sr. Manager (Facilities Management) to work closely with the top Management to raise awareness and inculcate a positive Health & Safety culture across all business operations.

- Devise and deliver the organisation\'s Health & Safety and Environmental strategy to ensure delivery of quality FM services to the clients and a safe & secure environment for the company\'s employees.

- Build a strong culture of safety and quality in the company

- Set up quality audit processes for all contracts and implement these audits with action plan and follow up.

- Manage high-level relations with client\'s HSE organizations.

- Introduce technology in HSE processes with proven improvement of productivity, reduction of cost or higher quality of delivered services.

- Provide leadership to the HSE team to ensure the company\'s policies and procedures meet the approved budget and guidelines.

- Set and monitor performance KPIs for the HSE team and support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of HSE Standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or Science or any related field.

- NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification

- 10+years of professional management experience in Property and Facility Management/Construction

- Extensive experience in HSE and inspections in GCC countries or MENA region.

- GCC Driving License

- Exposure to Software tools CAFM, ERP systems SAP, MS office

- Communication and presentation skills
