LOCATION: Utopia Head Office, Plot Z85, SITE Phase 2, M-9, Phase 2, Karachi, Sindh 75850

TIMINGS: 09 AM TO 06 PM, MONDAY TO SATURDAY (Alternate Saturday on)

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 HR originates and leads HR\xe2\x80\x99s practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes productivity, goal attainment and empowerment and is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a consultant to the Departmental heads on HR related issues.
• Responsible to evaluate and anticipate HR related needs and seek integrated solutions compatible with corporate HR framework and business management.
• Formulate partnership across the HR functions to deliver value added services to management & employees reflecting business objectives of the organization.
• Annual Talent reviews and action plans with Business management.
• Disciplinary management and Code of conducts.
• Administration of HR policies and procedures and providing guidelines and interpretation to Staff
• Closely work with IR team to ensure regulatory compliance and reducing legal risk.
• Full cycle of employee recruitment and selection & other movement in group companies.
• Provide continuous support & feedback to corporate HR in developing new HR systems & intervention for improvements.

REQUIREMENT:

• An Ideal Candidate must be an MBA (HRM)
• At least 10 Years of proven experience in handling day to day HR functions including minimum 3 years of sound experience in Home Textile Industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Experience in managing a team efficiently.
• Must have hands on Recruitment, People Management, Grievance Management etc.
• Positive and can do attitude
