Company Description
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager, Growth Operations - Affordability, to enable
the execution of key affordability initiatives on the talabat platform. This includes working on partner-led
discounting, menu pricing strategies, and performance tracking.
In this role, you will work closely with product, analytics, marketing, and commercial teams to help design
and operationalize affordability programs. Your work will directly impact how we grow the business
through smarter pricing and discounting levers.

1. Project Management & GTM
xe2x97x8f Support rollout of affordability initiatives across markets.
xe2x97x8f Coordinate between product, analytics, and commercial teams to ensure smooth implementation.
xe2x97x8f Prepare weekly business reviews, performance reports, and follow-up action plans.
2. Data & Performance Analysis
xe2x97x8f Analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and discount ROI.
xe2x97x8f Design and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign outcomes.
xe2x97x8f Provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
3. Campaign & Sales Enablement Support
xe2x97x8f Help design toolkits, campaign briefs, and process guidelines for local commercial teams.
xe2x97x8f Track adoption and usage of affordability levers across markets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
xe2x97x8f Liaise with stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, and analytics.
xe2x97x8f Contribute to pilot planning, test design, and learning documentation.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
xe2x97x8f 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, foodtech, or high-growth tech platforms.
xe2x97x8f Exposure to commercial strategy, operations, or product support roles.
xe2x97x8f Prior experience in consulting, pricing, or growth functions is a plus.
Skills & Capabilities
xe2x97x8f Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
xe2x97x8f Good project management and coordination ability.
