We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager, Growth Operations - Affordability, to enable

the execution of key affordability initiatives on the talabat platform. This includes working on partner-led

discounting, menu pricing strategies, and performance tracking.

In this role, you will work closely with product, analytics, marketing, and commercial teams to help design

and operationalize affordability programs. Your work will directly impact how we grow the business

through smarter pricing and discounting levers.

What's On Your Plate?

1. Project Management & GTM

Support rollout of affordability initiatives across markets. Coordinate between product, analytics, and commercial teams to ensure smooth implementation. Prepare weekly business reviews, performance reports, and follow-up action plans.

2. Data & Performance Analysis

Analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and discount ROI. Design and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign outcomes. Provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.

3. Campaign & Sales Enablement Support

Help design toolkits, campaign briefs, and process guidelines for local commercial teams. Track adoption and usage of affordability levers across markets.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, and analytics. Contribute to pilot planning, test design, and learning documentation.

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, foodtech, or high-growth tech platforms. Exposure to commercial strategy, operations, or product support roles. Prior experience in consulting, pricing, or growth functions is a plus.

Skills & Capabilities

Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools. Good project management and coordination ability. Understanding of how pricing and discounting can influence growth. Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented. * Effective communicator - able to work with cross-functional teams.
