Responsible for maintaining the IT Systems that supports an organization\'s information systems. This can include both hardware and software components, such as servers, storage systems, Virtual Environment, VDIs, Backup Systems, and operating systems.

- Infrastructure Security Management, Capacity Management. Configuration Management, Availability Management
- Problem Management & Service Focus
- Configuring and maintaining servers, storage systems, VDIs, Backup System.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the organization\'s systems infrastructure and providing technical guidance to other IT peers as appropriate
- Installing, upgrading, Patching operating systems. Applications, Hardware Firmware.
- Software deployment on Servers, Desktops and VMs
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Configure, Manage and Monitor the Backup Schedule
- Providing technical support and helping to resolve incidents & problems
