We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Internal Auditor (CA Qualified)
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading internal audit engagements, evaluating internal control systems, assessing risk management frameworks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This role demands a proactive professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of providing valuable insights to enhance business performance and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute internal audit assignments in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements.
Review financial, operational, and compliance procedures to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting key findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to enhance business processes and mitigate risks.
Provide support during external audits and regulatory reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
qualification is
mandatory
.
Minimum
5-8 years of relevant experience
, preferably in the
UAE or GCC region
.
Strong understanding of
auditing standards, accounting principles, and risk management frameworks
.
Hands-on experience with
audit tools and ERP systems
