We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Internal Auditor (CA Qualified)
with proven UAE experience to join our team. The role involves conducting financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and strengthening internal controls to support business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits across various departments to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
Review financial records, reports, and operational procedures to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
Identify control gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions for process improvement.
Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure timely follow-up and verification of corrective actions implemented by relevant departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance while supporting business objectives.
Assist in developing and executing the annual audit plan based on risk assessments.
Stay updated on
UAE regulations, VAT laws, IFRS, and industry best practices
.
Qualifications & Requirements
Chartered Accountant (
CA
) qualification is
mandatory
.
5-6 years of internal audit experience in the UAE
(experience in multinational or large organizations preferred).
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessments, and financial reporting.
In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws, IFRS, and local compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and audit/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
