Senior Interior Designer with 10+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present compelling design concepts based on client requirements and preferences. Reviewing authority submission drawings, shop drawings, and 3D renderings to ensure correctness before submission Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications. Source and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to support the design vision. Conduct client presentations, including mood boards, sample boards, and digital presentations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all targets are met. Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design integrity. Supervise the installation of design elements, maintaining quality and attention to detail. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design. Assist with project proposals, client documentation, and contracts when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of work experience in end to end project deisgn & execution Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential and/or commercial projects in a modern, minimalistic style Excellent skills in layout planning, concept development, and detailed technical drawings Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop Fluent in English and Hindi language is a must Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage Valid UAE visa (sponsorship possible after successful probation period)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
