Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends
Lead the development of interior design elements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends
Oversee the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects
Knowledge of submission drawings for all authorities.
Oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion

Collaborate with project managers and supplier to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project objectives
Ensure the highest standards of design quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design process.
Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of design concepts
Must be able to do factory inspection and Site visit coordination.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture Program.
Minimum 4-8 years of related experience working in a design studio in a similar position, preferably with a recognized award winning international interior design practice
Excellent presentation skills
Hand sketching skills
AutoCAD -MUST
Photoshop
3D Render - MUST
Adobe InDesign
Illustrator
