We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will participate in designing, implementing, and managing industrial IT and networking solutions within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise in IT network configuration, hands-on experience in OEM or industrial automation settings, knowledge of industrial informatization, and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum: BSc degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: MSc

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in English, with the ability to draft technical documentation, communicate effectively in multinational teams, and deliver project presentations. Knowledge of industrial automation standard. Knowledge of IT network Certifications such as CCNP, HCIP, PMP, or equivalent are preferred

Desired Experience (at least 2 out of 4 below):

1. IT Network Configuration Experience

: + 3+ years of experience in enterprise or industrial network planning, configuration, and maintenance. Proficient in TCP/IP, VLAN, routing & switching, firewalls, etc. + Experience implementing industrial networks (e.g., PROFINET, Ethernet/IP) is preferred.

2. OEM or Industrial Automation Experience:

+ Experience in automotive, machinery manufacturing, or other OEM/industrial automation environments. Familiar with IT and automation system integration in production settings. + Understanding of IT support and deployment processes for mainstream industrial automation equipment (e.g., PLC, SCADA).

3. Industrial Informatization Experience:

+ Involvement in or leadership of industrial informatization projects (e.g., MES, IIoT, Virtual Twin), with full-cycle experience from requirement analysis to deployment. + Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet) and information integration technologies.

4. Project Management Experience:

+ 2+ years of project management experience, capable of independently planning, executing, and delivering medium-to-large-scale technical projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), including project planning, resource coordination, progress control, and risk assessment.
