Training and Development:
Manage and control the implementation of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) in coordination with other concerned functional managers.
External Training.

Setting HR & Management Policies and Procedures Manual.
Developing and improving human resources systems and objectives, change management, and cultural transformation initiatives as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and strategy.
Lead and manage the employee\xe2\x80\x99s engagement and motivation programs.
Departmental and Organizational Work Flows based on appropriate business processes analysis & study all activities and employee\xe2\x80\x99s function.
Talent Management/Succession Planning.
Developing a salary structure & benefits plan & Manning table.
Setting yearly Manpower Planning.
