Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and brand messaging into innovative, user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually engaging designs for websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, advertisements, and brand identities.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and branding across various channels and platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet objectives.

Produce high-quality digital and print assets, including logos, brochures, banners, and infographics.

Stay updated on design trends, software tools, and techniques to ensure designs are modern and innovative.

Revise designs based on feedback and collaborate on multiple iterations of creative work.

Prepare final files for production and ensure that designs are optimized for print and digital environments.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Schedule projects

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements

Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software

Testing graphics across various media

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms) is a plus.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with UI/UX design and wireframing.

Motion graphics and animation experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?4,80,000 to 7,20,000 per year

Work Location: remote

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
