The Role
We are hiring a Senior PR and Content Executive plays a crucial role in managing our public relations and content marketing efforts. The individual will be primarily responsible for creating and promoting content to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement; and will manage relationship with Publications, influencers, and external agencies to build reputation for the brand in a progressive manner. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Content 1. Content Strategy a. Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and target audience. b. Identify content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with the target audience. 2. Content Creation a. Produce high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more. b. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation. c. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines. 3. Content Distribution a. Manage content distribution across various digital channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and third-party platforms. b. Utilize SEO and keyword optimization to improve content visibility. 4. Audience engagement a. Monitor audience engagement with content and respond to comments and inquiries. b. Foster a sense of community and engagement around the brand through content. Public Relations 1. Media Relations a. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers. b. Create and distribute press releases and pitch story ideas to media outlets. c. Handle media inquiries and coordinate interviews and media appearances. 2. Reputation Management a. Work to enhance the company\'s reputation through positive media coverage and thought leadership. b. Identify opportunities for awards, recognition, and speaking engagements for company executives. 3. Crisis Control a. Assist in developing crisis communication plans and be prepared to respond to PR crises promptly and effectively. b. Monitor media coverage and sentiment to assess the impact of PR efforts. 4. Analytics & Performance reporting c. Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of content and PR campaigns. d. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION? \xe2\x80\xa2Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2Proven experience in content marketing and public relations, preferably in a senior role. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create clear, persuasive content. \xe2\x80\xa2Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and PR software. \xe2\x80\xa2Knowledge of SEO best practices and content distribution channels. \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2Crisis management and media relations experience. \xe2\x80\xa2Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools. \xe2\x80\xa2Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities -6 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, preferably within financial services/fintech in a fast-paced environment Job specific skills: Experience with online community building.
