Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Estimation Engineer specializing in Fire Doors and Glazing systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and technical evaluations to support the sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and pricing for Fire Doors, Glazing, and associated hardware.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and subcontractor proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to validate technical and commercial inputs.
• Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Conduct value engineering and cost optimization for tenders and projects.
• Analyze project risks, assumptions, and exclusions in tender submissions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of materials, market pricing, and industry trends.
• Support the sales and business development teams during pre- and post-tender discussions.
• Ensure adherence to company pricing policies and estimation standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7-9 years of proven experience in estimation for Fire Doors, Glazing, or Facade systems (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of fire-rated door systems, aluminium, and glass specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and documentation.
