Sr. Estimation Engineer

Job Description
:
Experienced Senior Civil Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works, particularly for Call-Off and maintenance projects with Q-Companies (QatarEnergy, QAFCO, QAFAC, etc.). Responsible for quantification, rate analysis, and cost evaluation to support the tender team in developing competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project scopes. Prepare precise quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and infrastructure components. Develop cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works. Perform detailed rate analysis and pricing based on market conditions. Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness. Coordinate with engineering and procurement departments for technical and commercial clarifications. Prepare cost summaries, estimation sheets, and internal evaluation reports. Ensure all estimates comply with Q-Company standards and specifications. Support the tender department by providing timely and accurate estimation data. Maintain updated cost databases and historical records for future reference.

10 years of professional experience
in cost estimation and quantity analysis forcivil, structural, and infrastructure projects
across Qatar.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
