Job Summary
Implement the IT customer service activities, ensuring that the highest levels of service are achieved for end users according to the required standards and specifications and meet the requirements of the IT strategy and the requirements of working with the company, whilst ensuring compliance with ADM's policies, procedures and standards, as well as relevant guidelines for UAE laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide services to end users according to ADM IT standards.
• Implement services with the required quality level and timing to achieve high user satisfaction.
• Perform periodic maintenance of computers and devices and determine development needs.
• Install/reinstall devices and maintain ready-made programs for personal computers, providing continuous technical support.
• Communicate with users regarding instructions for using personal computers and printers in ADM.
• Receive breakdown reports, repair and maintain devices, resolve technical issues, prepare maintenance reports, and submit them to the direct manager.
• Take precautions to protect devices from viruses and ensure data protection.
• Extend local networks and add specifications/definitions in the main network system.
• Prepare evaluation reports on user performance and device/program usage and submit them for review.
• Coordinate IT service provisioning for new employees and train them to use devices.
• Manage desktop assets, update documentation, and maintain records periodically.
• Prepare user guides for ready-made applications and submit them for approval.
• Prepare and implement user training plans on operating systems and applications.
• Supervise training activities and prepare training evaluation reports.
• Work with all organizational units to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with Abu Dhabi Media's health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect business information.
• Perform any additional tasks directed by the direct manager.
