Job Description
THE RESPONSIBILITY WOULD COVER:
Develop instrumentation and controls deliverables such as instrument datasheets, instrument index, sizing calculations, cause and effect diagrams, control narratives, functional checkouts, control system architecture, & control panel design. Must have hands-on experience to prepare and/or review the project design basis, design philosophies and design specifications. Must be able to guide a team of engineers in office. Selection and specification of process instruments and electronic transmitters for pressure, temperature, flow, position, composition analyzers, etc. Selection and sizing of control valves and actuators. Familiar with the use of latest industry software for electrical design.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical , Instrumentation & Control Engineering with 10+ years of work experience in upstream Oil and Gas Industry preferably in the Middle East. Must have worked as Lead Engineer on the project at least for 2 years. Proficient in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
