Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales within the UAE market for instrumentation and control solutions.
Identify and engage potential customers across industries (oil & gas, power, manufacturing, utilities, etc.).
Provide technical support and application knowledge to customers, bridging engineering requirements with sales opportunities.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Collaborate with OEM partners and internal teams to deliver tailored proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up on sales leads to closure.
Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to support sales strategy.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Control, or related Engineering field.
2-5 years' experience in
technical sales or business development
within instrumentation, sensors, or automation.
Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical features into customer value propositions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
