KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare thorough special engineering reports perform special assignments on engineering problems as necessary
Familiarity with NOC process.
Prepare /Review clarifications to Contractor RFIs, review/approve any key technical submittals related to electrical and dry utilities
Manage and guide CAD technicians
Comply with company QA/QC procedures and implement them effectively in the design.
Responsible for the review and taking ownership of the deliverables produced. The safety in the design, identifying the risk and mitigation, and design assumptions are all registered and recorded.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

8-10 years of design experience with recognized Engineering Consultants
In-depth knowledge and strong understanding of Dubai/Abu Dhabi/UAE authority guidelines, standards, and specifications
Experienced and skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
