Responsibilities & Duties 1) Fully understand project scope of work and be pro-active both in interpreting the project requirements and producing drawings. 2) Highly experienced of all kinds of fit out and Joinery shop drawings. 3) Review Subcontractor\'s Shop Drawings. 4) Raising queries to the consultants for any design clarification or discrepancies found in the drawing and specifications and incorporating the responses. 5) Preparation of drawing schedule lists based on bill of quantity. 6) Communicating with Architects and Engineers and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team. 7) Attending Technical / Design team meeting and managing the relationship with the design consultants, handling of RFIs, etc. 8) Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the Team. 9) Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system. 10) Knowledge in AUTOCAD, Revit, and Sketch up. 11) Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor degree in Architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in computer - aided design and drafting (AUTOCAD). \xe2\x80\xa2 10+ Years experience in UAE in Fit out Companies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well in a team and on your own. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
