, is seeking a skilled and innovativeSenior Design Engineer
specializing inNew Product Development
forDX (Direct Expansion) and Unitary systems
. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with industry standards includingESMA, ESTIDAMA and SASO
and ready to drive design excellence for cutting-edge HVAC products.Key Responsibilities:
Lead new product development initiatives focusing on
DX and Unitary HVAC systems
. Design, develop, and optimize HVAC products in line with technical specifications and market demands. Ensure all designs comply withESMA (Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology),
SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization)
& ESTIDAMA
standards. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to bring innovative HVAC solutions to market. Review vendor submittals, support testing, and oversee product validation and certification processes. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement. Stay updated with HVAC industry trends and regulatory changes in the Gulf region.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum
5 years of experience
in HVAC product design and development, especially withDX and Unitary systems
. Strong expertise innew product development
lifecycle. In-depth knowledge ofESMA, ESTIDAMA and SASO standards
. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Previous experience working in UAE or Gulf markets is highly preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
