Job Description
Project leadership and management:
Lead and manage projects from start to finish, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.Design and planning:
Assess project requirements, oversee the design of civil structures, and review final engineering designs.Construction oversight:
Supervise and manage construction phases, conduct site inspections, and resolve engineering or construction issues.Team management:
Lead and support engineering teams, provide technical guidance.Compliance and quality assurance:
Ensure projects adhere to all safety regulations, codes, and standards.Stakeholder communication:
Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders, and prepare and present project reports.Budget and resource management:
Manage project budgets, resources, and staff needs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Qualifications and skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.Experience:
Minimum of20 years of experience in civil engineering,
with experience managing large-scale projects.Technical skills:
Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as strong knowledge of structural analysis and construction management.Leadership and communication:
Strong leadership, team management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Project management:
Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.Problem-solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
