Position Summary

We are a reputable civil contracting company in Dubai is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced

Sr. Civil Engineer

with a

Civil Engineering background

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new civil construction project opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Search for and develop new

construction project opportunities

in the UAE market. Build and sustain strong relationships with

consultants

,

developers

,

project owners

, and

government entities

(Dubai Municipality, MBRHE, etc.). Monitor and track new tenders, RFPs, and project announcements relevant to the

civil sector

. Manage prequalification processes with developers, consultants, and public agencies. Collaborate with the

estimation and tendering team

to prepare bids for infrastructure and civil works. Represent the company at construction expos, networking events, and client meetings. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Prepare technical and commercial presentations highlighting the company's

civil engineering capabilities

. Maintain CRM/database of leads, contacts, and project pipelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

(Mandatory). Minimum 3

years of business development experience

in a

civil contracting company

in the UAE. Strong technical knowledge of

civil construction works

(infrastructure, foundations, structures, etc.). Proven network of contacts with consultants, clients, and government departments in Dubai . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory.
