SR. CHILLER TECHNICIAN/SUPERVISOR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Min. 8 years of exp) /ITI in Refrigeration (Min 12 years of Exp) having experience in: Working with good command over English for coordination purpose. Assisting and explaining the works to subordinates. Repairing mechanical breakdowns such as leaks or clogs in pipes. Determining the appropriate of a system based on the of the building/facility and its cooling requirements. Opening, inspecting and troubleshooting for chillers, condensers, cooling towers, belts, valves, back-flow preventers and motors. Performing routine maintenance including cleaning and repairing pumps, compressors, and evaporators. Monitoring the operation of chillers and cooling towers to ensure that they are operating within safe limits. Reading and understanding Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID). Identifying faults with Chiller controls and working with other complete HVAC systems. Maintaining equipment logs for assigned systems.

MEP DRAFTSMAN Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Min. 8 years of exp and 4 years in Qatar) in: Preparing MEP Shop Drawings with Plan, Section, Schematic Diagram, Schedule of Equipment/Load and Equipment Installation Details. Preparing drawings for Mechanical, Plumbing, drainage and Electrical as well as for the project co-ordination drawing for the site. Preparation of Builders works drawings, Coordination drawings and RCP layouts during various phase of the project. Collecting information from the consultant, contractors and site for implementing in the shop/as-built drawing. Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, etc. to complete drawings. Providing functional support for quantity take off at office and to the project engineers on the assigned task project. Coordinating with consultant for approval of shop drawings and after approval sending then on site for execution. Preparing Operation Manual with the help of Engineer after Finishing the Project for hand over.
