Performing routine maintenance on chillers and cooling towers, including cleaning and repairing pumps, compressors, and evaporators . Maintaining records of equipment use for billing purposes . Installing new cooling equipment when needed . Determining the appropriate of a system based on the of the building or facility and its cooling requirements . Repairing small mechanical breakdowns such as leaks or clogs in pipes .
