Job Summary:



The

Senior Chef de Partie

is responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-volume, high-quality meals. This role requires expertise in

international and Asian cuisine

, with a strong focus on bulk cooking for large-scale catering or airline meal production. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for efficiency, consistency, and delivering top-tier meals at scale.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the

Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef

in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high production standards. Prepare and cook large quantities of meals, maintaining consistency, portion control, and quality. Work across multiple kitchen stations, with a focus on

international and Asian cuisine

. Ensure all food production follows FITT Meals' recipes, quality guidelines, and safety standards. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to kitchen best practices and efficiency. Manage ingredient usage, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of food supplies. Monitor and maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in line with

HACCP

and kitchen health regulations. Support in menu planning, recipe development, and innovation to enhance FITT Meals' offerings. Operate within strict timeframes to meet meal prep schedules and bulk production demands. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless meal packaging and distribution. Execute orders and recipes provided by the

Culinary SLT

with precision and efficiency. Be proactive in managing and planning manpower under their division to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:



Proven experience

in high-volume catering, airline catering, or large-scale food production. Strong background in

international and Asian cuisine

preparation. Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Chef de Partie or higher in a commercial kitchen. Ability to

work efficiently

in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Experience with

bulk cooking techniques

and large-scale kitchen equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of

food safety regulations (HACCP certification preferred)

. Excellent team leadership and communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in

kitchen systems, Excel, and other relevant software

for inventory and production tracking.
