• Serve as the lead point of contact for businesses to enhance and strengthen business relationships and build an effective communication channel.
• Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information to anyone within or outside the Authority, during or after employment in the company.
• Follow and adhere to the OH&S Management System Manual as per the company\'s safety standards.
• Perform in creating business case (BS) and Business Requirements Document (BRD) with business.
• Engage with the relevant business functions and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are reflected accurately and identify any issues to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
• Contribute and facilitate in all discussions in resolving conflict with regards to budget/timelines/etc. faced by a business or IT stakeholders.
• Assist Management in developing a sense of urgency within the team and a culture in line with the company\'s strategy and objectives.
• Nationals: Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent certification in Computer Science or any related technical stream (Minimum 5 yrs. Of Exp).
• Expatriates: Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent certification in Computer Science or any related technical stream (Minimum 7 yrs. Of Exp).

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior Work Experience in the same capacity
