to lead BIM modeling, coordination, and technical delivery for facade projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure accurate BIM models, high-quality shop drawings, and clash-free execution in line with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed BIM models for
aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and facade systems
using
Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
.
Interpret architectural, structural, and IFC drawings to produce fully coordinated facade BIM models.
Prepare, review, and manage
shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings
.
Perform clash detection and resolve issues in coordination with consultants, main contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project
BIM standards, LOD requirements, and schedules
.
Coordinate with
design, engineering, procurement, and site teams
to support smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM engineers and modelers.
Attend and actively participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, including
as-built documentation
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
.
Minimum 8 years of BIM experience
specifically in
aluminum & facade projects
(mandatory).
Strong expertise in
Revit (Facade modeling), AutoCAD, and Navisworks
.
In-depth knowledge of
curtain wall systems, windows, doors, louvers, skylights, and facade components
.
Proven experience working on
high-rise and complex facade projects
.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
UAE / GCC project experience preferred
.
