Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage
detailed BIM models
for aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and facade systems using
Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
, etc.
Interpret
architectural, structural, and IFC drawings
to produce coordinated facade BIM models.
Prepare and review
shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings
.
Perform
clash detection
and resolve issues in coordination with consultants and contractors.
Ensure BIM deliverables comply with
project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and timelines
.
Coordinate with
design, engineering, procurement, and site teams
to support smooth execution.
Provide
technical guidance and mentoring
to junior BIM modelers.
Participate in
BIM coordination meetings
with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle (design to as-built).
