We're Hiring: Senior Barista (Local Candidates Only)

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Do you have the skills to craft the perfect cup and lead by example? We're looking for a talented

Senior Barista

to join our team!

Availability: Immediate start preferred

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

5 years of barista experience

in a fast-paced cafe or specialty coffee environment Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and equipment maintenance Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to train and mentor junior staff Must be

locally available

and ready for in-person interviews
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Ensure consistent customer satisfaction Support inventory management and ordering Uphold health and safety standards
