Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and modify products as per client requirements via CRF (Contract Review Form).- Prepare technical data, wiring diagrams, and documentation for project submittals.- Process work orders with accurate BOM estimation, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.- Optimize use of inventory and value engineer for better profitability.- Develop design guidelines, catalogs, IOM manuals, and technical data sheets.- Handle item specification, coding, and internal technical policies.- Support product certification documentation and coordinate across departments.- Evaluate and improve product selection software (e.g., SKM), compare supplier tools.- Engage in product development, competitor benchmarking, and cost optimization.Requirements:- Proven experience in the HVAC, switchgear, or HVAC contracting sectors (must).- Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering- Strong background in mechanical or electrical applications.- Familiarity with design software tools and technical documentation.
