Preparing cheques to local service and other vendors and issuing PDC to local trade vendors as per trade terms.
Recording and making prepayments and making schedules for amortizations.
Bank Reconciliation of all banks and recording transaction on daily basis as bank charges. Reconcile company and other related credit cards.
Scheduling and maintaining payment sheet to make payments of banks on time.
Send bank position report to management on daily basis.
Raise applications of bank facilities as TR, Term loans and Letter of credit from different bank as per credit utilization.
Record Facilities and Term loan schedules in sheet and NetSuite and reconcile them with bank portals.
Maintain bank funds by updating management for upcoming bank and other payments on weekly basis.
Reimburse petty cash expenses to employees, maintain on excel and record them in NetSuite.
Reconciliation of International and Local trade Vendors, Service and other creditors.
Record other and service bills and approve after checking to correct expense account.
Creating new asset in NetSuite and provide account for deprecation.
Recording monthly CDR FZCO, CDR LLC, DP world, JAFZA expenses and reconciliation.
Recording monthly expenses related to DEWA all branches, Etisalat and make payments.
Maintain balance of ENOC for company vehicles and record the fuel expenses.
Maintain excel sheet of Import Marine Declaration and Import Costing.
Supporting for yearend Audit as per requirement

Skills:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in trading companies in a must
Good Communication Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Well versed in Microsoft Excel and MS apps.
Experience on ERP system
Reporting and Analytical skills managing large amount of data
Prior experience in dealing with bank is essential.

Education:

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
