Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Update the income sheet regularly
  • Update the commission slabs regularly
  • Prepare monthly deal report and submit for management review within the lead time.
  • Update the scoreboard regularly
  • Keep track and follow up on receivables thereby ensuring that all receivables are closed as per the agreed date.
  • Monthly Management Reports
  • Monthly Performance Reports of the agents - internal report to the Management
  • Preparation of monthly Salary and payroll
  • Monthly closing of books
  • Preparation of invoices, expense sheets, and data entry
  • Negotiation with vendors
  • ESB Calculations
  • Banking Communications & Online Banking
  • Preparation of MIS Reports within lead time
  • Preparation of Income and Expense Sheet
  • Employee Insurance Management - Additions/ Deletions / Claims
  • Prepares Statement of Accounts - Sales Team
  • Commission disbursement report to Agents - Prepare breakup of the agent's commissions paid
  • Job Specifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting (Master degree preferred), 4-5 years of Experience in UAE as an Accountant Technical Competency: Experience in Accounting Software, MS Excel(advanced level)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accountant: 4 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • Tamil (Required)
