Sr. Account Manager - Fixed Gas

Key requirements

\xc2\xb7 Provide support in the strategy and development of comprehensive contract solutions with customers with Honeywell install base.

\xc2\xb7 Manages the day-to-day business and strategies:

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning; quarterly results and long-term account goals;

\xc2\xb7 Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer\'s ambassador, \xe2\x80\x9ctrusted advisor\xe2\x80\x9d and advocate.

\xc2\xb7 Focal point for customer relationship, account, sales plans, proposals, contract negotiations, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Drives sales campaign and Business strategic initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Plan for account growth in the long term

\xc2\xb7 Leverages and marshals cross functional company resources to address customers\' drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner.

\xc2\xb7 Guides and leverages management and executive sponsor interactions with the customer;
Leads peers by influence to ensure coordination and support to pursue orders.

Key skills and qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in engineering preferably with Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation background.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\' experience in Instrumentation/Automation sales in O & G, Petrochemical. Proven track record of success in similar business environment.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in managing Key O&G Customers in the region is a must.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in Channel Management

\xc2\xb7 Technical expertise on FIXED GAS Detection products, FIXED GAS PRODUCT knowledge is a must.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in operating as a salesperson in an international, highly matrix organization; multi-country management experience is a must.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in maneuvering through complex process with political agility and savvy

\xc2\xb7 Commercial excellence and Sales management through CRM (Salesforce)

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in complex selling, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning.

\xc2\xb7 Understand Key process and economic drivers, to develop valued customer partnership in control and business solutions (system integrators, EPC, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of our customers\' businesses and drivers

\xc2\xb7 Financial and business acumen

\xc2\xb7 Account/Channel Management, ability to use market and marketing data to build successful accounts plans.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of commercial terms, EPC contract T&Cs, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Be champion of Sales Process and Disciplines.
