About The Job

Inspect wood surfaces

for imperfections, such as knots, dents, or scratches, and perform necessary repairs (e.g., sanding, filling, and priming) to ensure a smooth, clean surface for painting.

Clean and prepare wood products

to remove dust, grease, and other contaminants.

Mask off or cover areas

of the product that are not to be painted.

Select and mix

paints, stains, lacquers, and other finishing materials according to specifications and manufacturer instructions.

Operate and maintain

various spray painting equipment, including airless sprayers, HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) guns, and conventional spray guns.

Apply an even and consistent coat of paint or finish

to wood surfaces, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish without runs, drips, or overspray. Apply

multiple coats as needed

, including primers, base coats, and topcoats, allowing for proper drying time between applications.

Perform distressing, antiquing, or other specialized finishing

techniques as required.

Clean and maintain

spray guns, hoses, and other painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Store and handle

paints, thinners, and other chemicals safely and in compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized

work area, including the spray booth and surrounding workspace.

Inspect finished products

for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and client specifications.

Identify and correct

any defects or imperfections in the finished product. Adhere to all

safety protocols

, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators, gloves, and eye protection. Follow

proper ventilation procedures

in the spray booth to minimize exposure to fumes and particulates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Spray Paint (Wood): 5 years (Preferred)
