As a Joinery Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing bespoke
wooden furniture and joinery items
using spray techniques (lacquers, paints, stains, etc.) to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in high-end finishes, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare wooden surfaces for finishing (filling, sanding, priming)
Mix and apply paints, lacquers, stains, and other finishes using spray equipment
Ensure finishes meet company quality standards
Carry out touch-ups and repairs as needed
Requirements:
Proven 2-3 years of experience as a
spray painter in a furniture or joinery workshop
Strong knowledge of spraying techniques and finishing processes
Ability to work with a variety of finishes (gloss, matt, satin, stain, etc.)
Good attention to detail and pride in delivering a high-quality product
