Job Description

To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Leisure areas
Assist in the operations of all leisure departments as required:

Club House Desk
Leisure Concierge Desk
Tennis & Padel Courts
Fitness Center
Fifa, Air Dome & Junior Football pitch
Report dysfunctional equipment to Leisure Supervisor

To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the Club House & Sports Facilities
Will be expected to assist various activities, demonstrations and events
Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary and must adhere to training as set down by the Leisure Supervisor
Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all Leisure, Sports and Hotel related questions with guests
Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Leisure Supervisor
To assist in the smooth flow of guests' to and from activities
Will be expected to aid 3rd party operators with the set-up and breakdown of all activities
Will be expected to ensure all amenities are stocked and always presented
Set up a fitness and wellness center and ensure all standards are maintained throughout the day
Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Leisure Supervisor
Will greet each guest with a smile and acknowledge guest even in passing
Will proactively help all guests when necessary

To receive training to ensure that all-relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within the spa

Key competencies and background:

Previous experience in a luxury hotel chain in a similar position is required
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service
Must have a yearly CPR & First Aid Certificate
Must have knowledge of all sports or be willing to learn about each sport
